Reflexology is a form of natural healing which has been practiced for centuries. Stimulation to reflex points on the feet provides renewed physical and emotional strength. There is a flow of energy in the body which in turn activates healing forces.

Elysia Bates received her state certification from the Ct. Center for Universal Reflexology in 2003. She received her National Certification from the American Reflexology Certification Board in 2004. She is also certified in Father Josef’s Method of Reflexology since 2005 and is on the Board of the Reflexology Association of Ct.
