Hospital encourages our community to complement their medical care
with integrative therapies. Integrative Medicine recognizes the
importance of caring for the wholeness of who you are -body, mind
and spirit in the healing process.
Our goal is to address issues that influence well being by providing
the best available complementary care options. Our integrative

happier, healthier life. We are committed to the well being of all,
including patients, health care providers and community members.
The mission of the Integrative Medicine Department at Day Kimball is
to improve the health status of all members of our community by
promoting a work environment conducive to wellness, providing
resources for physicians to understand and utilize effective
complementary practices, and by sustaining a community of
professionals who are proficient in the philosophy and practice of
Integrative Medicine.

TESTIMONIALS
Caroline D’Elia is a skilled and dedicated practitioner in my
experience. She is committed to providing the best experience for
her clients. Caroline constantly updates and hones her skills to
best serve the individual needs of her clients; whether it be to
address sport related muscle conditioning and recovery to relief
from fibromyalgia pain. Caroline’s ability to innately evaluate
one’s condition upon arrival, whether spoken or not, is priceless. I
have found Caroline to be a valuable resource for recovery and
physical well-being. I have recommended her many times over.
- Kristen F. Test Engineer Dow Chemical Woodstock, CT
For over 20 years, I have taught many different fitness classes
averaging about 14 classes per week. I was pretty much a walking
advertisement for overtraining. When I began seeing Caroline almost
3 years ago, it made a huge overall improvement for me. She
understands the power of breathing and bringing awareness into the
body. I began paying attention to much ignored areas of pain. I
learned how to let go of tension in my body at least while lying on
her treatment table. Sometimes I arrived injured; she always had the
insight to know how to best approach a quicker recovery. This was so
valuable because I am self employed. I believe the time spent on her
table has really helped me physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Thank you Caroline.
